  • Dizzee rascal is a british rapper and record producer.
  • His Nigerian father died when Dizzee was young and so was raised only by his Ghanian mother.
  • He was raise in Bow, an area in the east of London.
  • He was constantly moving schools in East London because of his violent and disruptive behaviour.
  • When he was young he would repetitively steal cars, rob pizza delivery men and fight teachers.
  • On his fifth school he was only allowed to do music with an encouraging teacher. he then joined a music workshop during his summer holidays.
  • Dizzee rascal has won awards or been nominated 50+ times.
